Order Terms
Pre-payment by credit card or cheque is required before we can process your order. Government purchase orders are also accepted.

After we receive your payment, please allow 4-6  weeks to receive your order. Please note that if you place your order prior to the conference, your order will be received 8-10 weeks after the conference date.

30-Day Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your order in its original condition within 30 days. You will be issued a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.
